Dear Members,
After deep consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our programming on April 30, 2026. This closure will include the monthly Ask Jay LIVE events, the GENIUS platform and app, Genius Legacy Community, and the library of workshops and meditations available here. I know this message may bring up a mix of emotions. For some of you of course, this space is new. But for over 8 years, it has also been a place of personal growth and connection for many others.
Because members joined in different ways at different times, the next steps will not be the same for everyone. Depending on your account type, you may have different options available to you. Please read your options carefully, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for being part of this community, for the energy you brought to it, and for the trust you placed in us along the way. That matters, you matter, and I hope you choose to bring the GENIUS and Ask Jay LIVE teachings you’ve learned into your next chapter.

THE EXIT WINDOW IS NOW OPEN.
April is split into two separate periods:
Open April 1–April 17, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PDT)
Ending your membership and exiting the platform during this period will prevent any further charges in April 2026 for Monthly Members. If a monthly payment has already been processed in April 2026, it may be eligible for a refund.*
Eligible Annual Members may also choose to exit during this period and request a prorated refund based on unused months of service, provided the request is received before 11:59 p.m. PDT on April 17, 2026.
*If a Monthly Member chooses to end their membership before April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, they will be eligible for a refund of any payments charged in April 2026, provided a payment has already been processed that month.
Runs April 19–April 30, 2026 (12 p.m. PDT)
This is the final phase of programming before the platform closes.
Monthly members: If you stay through until April 30, 2026, your membership simply continues through the closing period and your regular monthly subscription payment covers the Standard GENIUS Closing Experience.
Annual members: If you stay through until April 30, 2026, your membership continues through the closing period and the unused portion of your membership fee will be put toward the Enhanced GENIUS Closing Experience.
*Important note: If you do not submit a prorated refund request by April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, you will automatically enter the Enhanced GENIUS Closing Experience and may no longer be eligible to request that refund.
I'm a Monthly Member. What are my options?
If you are a Monthly Member of GENIUS or Ask Jay LIVE, the process is simple. You may choose to remain on the platform until the end of April, with all payments processed as usual until April 30, and receive the Standard GENIUS Closing Experience. If you do not wish to stay for the final experiences in April, you may instead opt to exit the platform during the exit window, and prevent all future billing in April.
If you choose Option 2 (below), action is required.
You must email GENIUS support to request the cancellation and exit before April 17 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
Option 1:
Continue your membership until the end of April, 2026 and get the Standard GENIUS Closing Experience. April monthly payment will be collected as usual.
No action is required to accept this option. You will simply continue through until the platform closes, and no further payments will be processed after April 30, 2026.
Option 2:
End your membership now and exit the platform before April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. No charges will be due in April, 2026.
All monthly payments charged in April, 2026 will be refunded to you. You will not attend the GENIUS Closing Experience events or remain on the platform through closing.
I'm an Annual Member. What are my options?
If you are an eligible Annual Member of GENIUS or Ask Jay LIVE, you may choose to remain on the platform until the end of April, 2026 and receive the Enhanced GENIUS Closing Experience, exclusive to Annual Members.
If you do not wish to stay for the final experiences in April, you may instead opt to exit the platform during the exit window and request a prorated refund based on unused months of service.
Option 1:
Stay through to April 30, 2026 and receive the Enhanced GENIUS Closing Experience, exclusive to Annual Members.
No action required. If no action is taken before April 17 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, you will be deemed to have accepted this option.
Option 2:
Request a prorated refund before April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (if eligible) and exit the platform immediately.
If you choose this option, action is required. You must email your request to GENIUS Support before April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
THE GENIUS CLOSING EXPERIENCES
STAY AND EXPERIENCE GENIUS ONE LAST TIME.
No additional charges will be billed after April 30, 2026 for any member.
