1. How do I access Ask Jay LIVE?

You can access Ask Jay LIVE content by downloading the GENIUS app and logging into your account. Alternatively, you can log in via the website. If you're having trouble logging in, please contact the Technical Support Team at jayshettygenius@uscreen.support.

2. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Login page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the Login page.

3. What should I do if I’m experiencing technical issues with the platform?

If you encounter technical issues, such as difficulty logging in, streaming problems, or account errors, contact the Technical Support Team at jayshettygenius@uscreen.support. You can also visit the Help Center to troubleshoot.


4. How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from your account settings, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling. For further assistance, contact the Technical Support Team at jayshettygenius@uscreen.support.

5. How can I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, go to your account settings and select the "Billing" option. The Technical Support Team (jayshettygenius@uscreen.support) is here to help if you encounter any issues.

6. Why are my videos buffering or not loading correctly?

There could be several different causes for playback issues when viewing streaming content online. Here are some initial steps we recommend taking:

  • Check your internet connection. A slow internet speed can impact your video playback.

  • Check your App for any updates available. 

  • Restart your device and internet. If you're on a Wi-Fi network, restart your modem and router.

7. When does Ask Jay LIVE take place?

Ask Jay LIVE happens once a month. Dates are announced in advance on the website, via email, and inside the community so you can plan to join live or catch the replay if needed.

8. What happens if I can't attend live?

We record every Ask Jay LIVE and send the replay within 24 hours. As long as your Monthly or Annual membership is active, you’ll have access to replays (including past sessions). Single-session access includes 10 days to watch.

9. What kind of questions can I ask Jay?

Each Ask Jay LIVE is centered around a monthly theme (like relationships, purpose, focus, habits, or calm). During the LIVE, you can submit your question related to that theme, and Jay will answer as many as possible.

10. How do I access the other videos and workshops?

These other videos are part of Jay’s Legacy Library, a collection of 650+ workshops and meditations from his first-ever coaching membership. Access to these sessions are restricted to Annual members only. If you’d like to upgrade your membership to annual, you can do so by signing into the GENIUS app, selecting ‘purchases and payments’ and managing your membership subscription.

15. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access to Ask Jay LIVE content until your current billing cycle ends.
