No action is required if you choose to stay with GENIUS. Your membership will automatically move into one of our two new GENIUS packages, designed to give you full access to the Series and take everything we’ve been doing to the next level.

• Monthly members will be shifted into the new monthly plan at the updated, lower price.

• Annual members will be moved into the new annual plan.

• Semi-annual members will transition into the new monthly plan at the new monthly rate.
  

You’ll also remain part of the GENIUS Legacy Circle, get access to the River Ceremony, and then roll right into GENIUS 2.0 starting in January 2026. 

Your membership will automatically switch to the new monthly plan at $29/month.

You’ll receive a credit balance on your account for any unused portion of your previous membership. Your future renewal date will not change.

*Cancellation and credit requests must be submitted no later than October 3, 2025, at 11:00 pm PST, prior to the start of the event series. After this deadline, prorated credit refunds for eligible accounts will no longer be issued. Any remaining eligible credit balance will instead stay on your account and will be automatically applied to your next renewal, reducing the billable amount by the prorated balance.

Workshops and other program content may be replaced or removed at GENIUS’s discretion at any time. We do this when we believe the material requires updates, is no longer aligned with our current teachings, or when our learnings and insights have evolved.

The Genius River Ceremony is a four-part, virtual event series happening October through December 2025. It’s a celebration of GENIUS’s journey and the community we’ve built together, designed to elevate and enhance your GENIUS experience through this transition period.

If you still wish to leave, you must contact support@jayshettygenius.com by October 3, 2025, at 11:00 pm PT. Choosing this option ends your membership right away, and you won’t take part in The GENIUS River Ceremony as these events are only available to members continuing on. 

Prorated credit balance refund requests must be submitted by October 3, 2025, at 11:00 pm PST. This is to ensure that only members continuing on in The GENIUS  Legacy Circle receive access to the 4-Part event experience.

If you cancel after October 3rd, 2025 at 11:00 pm PST, your membership will simply run until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it will not renew. You'll retain access to the platform, but any prorated credits for eligible accounts will no longer be issued as refunds.
